When you make your Will with me you will always deal with me. I visit you in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you including evening appointments and make the process as straight forward and relaxed as possible. I am a member of New Leaf Will Writers Federation and all Wills are checked by compliance with the added security of £2 Million Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Why should I make a Will ?
Ensures that your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes rather than according to the laws of the state if you die intestate (without a valid Will in place).
A Will helps simplify the process when someone dies and removes needless additional stress for a loved one at a time of suffering.
For unmarried couples living together Wills are essential in protecting the surviving partner as your partner has no rights to inherit from you under current law unless you are married or in a legalised civil partnership.
Where you have children from a previous relationship you need to protect the interests of your children against losing any potential inheritance.
You can appoint legal Guardians for your minor children rather than allow the Courts to decide for you.
The Process
I will arrange to visit you in your home to talk about your circumstances and wishes in order to create a draft Will for your approval, when the Draft Will is approved we will proceed to the original documents for signing and witnessing. As a member of New Leaf Will Writers Federation all Wills are checked and insured up to a £2 Million liability. In addition we also provide secured storage for your documents.
What will it Cost?
For a Standard Single Will the Price would be £150 and for Standard Mirror Wills the price would be £220 for the two Wills.
